The electronic invoice 2.0

The 2.0 world and everything around it is scary to many people. We suppose by ignorance, we know that the unknown scares, but if we approach him with a vision of the future we can realize that in many sectors will be a great help. The advances it entails will not be very useful. Advances and innovations such as electronic invoicing.
Until recently in the field of invoicing there was basically a way to invoice. The seller stayed with the client and gave him a paper bill to record the transaction. Also, the invoice could be mailed by conventional mail but, in any of that, paper was the predominant (and unique) material.
However, there is now a variant. We have another possibility that by different will seem suspicious to us but that if we know how to use its benefits we will be evident. Here we are going to talk about some of them:
  1. Through easy-to-use management programs, daily billing can be easily maintained, thus significantly controlling delinquencies and increasing the likelihood of reducing delinquency.
  2. Being electronic, we can deliver the invoice where and when we want. You do not have to be in front of the customer to hand it over. We can send it when we want and the customer will see it as soon as it arrives.
  3. For the same reason above, it is electronic, we will not have to use conventional mail to send our invoices so we will reduce costs in postal service.
In this way (points 1, 2 and 3) we will gain time, improve the management of billing and reduce costs in the long run. Perhaps at the beginning we will have to do some learning course (depending on our expertise to handle billing programs) but in the long run this option will undoubtedly be very positive in our business.

  1. And last but not least, moving from paper to the virtual world will be helping the environment. It is simple, the less paper is used, the less trees will have to be felled. In this way, we preserve biodiversity and, let's not forget, we will be taking care of our planet for future generations.
